西安市教育局昨日（7月31日）公布了民办高等非学历教育机构2012年招生资格认定名单。继去年之后，西安9所民办学院今年再次被取消招生资格，4所学院被停止办学活动。

　　其中，西安东方科技培训学院、九三西安科学技术培训学院、西安海文培训学院、西安成人教育培训学院、西安高新培训学院、西安信息管理专修学院、西安广告专修学院、西安公关外事专修学院、西安教育科学培训学院等9所学院，取消2012年招生资格。据悉，这9所学院在2010年就被取消了2010年招生资格。
