  “不是所有的经典书籍都能成为某位教师的根本书籍,成为一个人的根本书籍意味着,你深刻地理解了这本书,而这本书也成为你思考教育教学问题以及阅读其他书籍的原点。可是,许多老师,甚至大部分老师终其一生,都缺乏属于自己的根本书籍,只是不自觉地被时代风尚所影响,漂浮在词语之中而缺乏根基。”这是魏智渊老师《构筑合宜的大脑》的一段话,借助这本书,我常常回过头来,反观自己走过的阅读之路,同时也寻找着未来的方向。

  和大多数年轻的名师一样,自己的专业成长,开始于一节优质课。1997年,一节精心打磨的省级优质课让我“被名师”。而在此之前,教育于我只是生活中的一条平行线。那时我刚参加工作不久,所谓的阅读大都是随性而为,除了与学科关联紧密的期刊杂志,更多的是一些文艺方面的书籍,谈不上什么专业阅读。在那个时代,优质课的分量是很重的,凭借省级优质课大赛一等奖,在专业发展的路上,我拥有了相对较高的起点,更多的竞赛、评选也接踵而至。在几番较量之后,2000年我入选全省中小学百名教育教学专家,得以赴河南大学和华东师范大学进行为期一年的脱产进修。这次培训让我经历了前所未有的头脑风暴。钟启全、吴刚、崔允廓、张华,多元智能、建构主义……顶级课程专家和全新的教育理论冲击着自己的教育思维定势,带我走进了一个全新的领域。

  2003年,在结束专家班学习一年之后,我报考了教育硕士,又一次重返大学校园,开始了一种自觉自愿的修炼,这也是自己在专业成长道路上的一次刻意规划。读书、听课、查阅资料、做规范的学术论文……系统的学习,让自己有了相对丰富的学术基础和较高的阅读视野。但修炼的目的究竟何在,我仍茫然。面对现实教育的无奈,我一次次回到自己内心深处,不断追问自己,我想去往哪里?我将如何抵达?什么样的生活才是我真正想要的?我渴望认识未知的自己,却总是无法看清楚。这一切在2007年得到了彻底改变。

  2007年,一次偶然的机会,我赴贵州省遵义市凤冈县参加了灵山新教育贵州支教行动,同行的还有当时新教育研究中心的专家干国祥、魏智渊以及来自全国各地的几位优秀小学语文教师。当时我并不知道,这次和新教育的美丽邂逅会如此深刻地影响和改变我的教育生命。《学校是一段旅程》、《孩子们,你们好》、《静悄悄的革命》、《教学勇气》、《朗读手册》……这些书就是在这个时候走进了我的世界。我开始进入第二次阅读高峰期,读着这些书,我如获至宝,那一段时间,疯狂地阅读、写作,让自己进入了一个快速生长期。在和团队成员的交流碰撞中,我慢慢学会了“啃读”,也就是《构筑合宜的大脑》中提到的“知性阅读”,我尝试着通过对一本书的聆听、梳理、批判和反复对话,吸收内化书中的信息,完善自己的知识结构,形成自己的教育智慧。正是通过这些书籍的阅读,理论和现实、阅读与实践之间的距离也在一点点缩短。华德福的教育理念、阿莫那什维利的课堂教学实践、帕尔默的教师职业认同、佐藤学的润泽的教室都深刻地影响着我,这些书让我之前阅读的一些教育理论慢慢复活被并打通,我也逐渐拥有了自己思考教育教学问题及阅读其他书籍的原点。

  从贵州回来之后,作为市教科所的一名研究员,我义无反顾地踏上了新教育儿童阅读推广的道路。而在此期间,对影响我最深的一本书则是《周国平论教育》。“人生的各个阶段都有其自身不可取代的价值,没有一个阶段仅仅是另一个阶段的准备。教育所能成就的最大功德就是给孩子一个幸福而有意义的童年,以此为他们幸福而有意义的一生创造良好的基础。”书中的一些观点引起了我深刻的共鸣。我写道:“阅读这本书,我尝试用一种最简单的读书方法,就是摘录。和大师对话,首先要做的就是聆听,敞开全部的生命体验,用心聆听。在这些字字珠玑的智慧中,消化吸收,融为自己的血肉。”如何因为我的存在而真正去影响和改变一部分人的生活,让每一个与我相遇的孩子因我而幸福,让每一个与我相遇的老师因我而成长,也成为我对自己职业生涯最大的期许。

  在穿越经典童书的过程中小心翼翼地呵护着孩子的童年,与此同时,我也开始进一步反思自己的知识结构。《在构筑合宜的大脑》一书中提到,一个教师应该具备相对完整的知识结构,本体性知识(即所教学科知识)、教育学心理学知识、人类基本知识(人文视野)三者相互支撑。其中本体性知识要占到50%左右。因为以前的成长经历和阅读体验,在人文背景知识和教育学心理学方面,觉得自己还是相对较好的,但本体性知识也就是个人专业这一块却显得相对薄弱。作为一个自觉的儿童阅读推广人,我阅读的指向性日渐明晰。我开始有针对性地大量阅读皮亚杰、阿德勒、梅子涵、朱自强、王林、薛瑞萍、彭懿等人的著作。为了更好地凝聚团队力量,引领老师成长,2009年我策划成立了“润德屋”书友会,结合自己的阅读体验,帮助老师们寻找属于自己的根本书籍。《给教师的建议》、《第五十六号教室的奇迹》、《朗读手册》、《心平气和的一年级》、《学校是一段旅程》……成为我们之间共同的语言和密码。
