　　郝少林：小孩一出生对孩子教育比较重视，但是当时年轻没有经验，就需要学习，在不断学习过程当中，就越来越觉得培养一个孩子非常重要，一旦错过了教育的关键期，可能对他的发展就会造成影响，所以这么多年来伴随着孩子的成长，作为一个家长我们在不断学习、不断进步，这么多年尤其是2003年我们举家搬到北京来，就是想给孩子换一个发展的环境，我始终觉得家长的视野决定了孩子发展的高度。郝煜不属于神童，但是她从小我们比较注重她的自理能力和良好学习习惯的培养，这对她最后去剑桥大学起了关键的作用。比如开设三门课的考试，从春节到现在投资从零达到很高的高度，在计算机和心理学都考到了5分，高等数学考到了A*，这个成绩的取得和她在康福学到的自学的能力有很大的关系。在刘博士及康福老师的帮助下，这么短的时间有这么大的跳跃，我觉得和她从小的发展和规划，包括老师指导都是分不开的，所以我始终觉得，一个孩子成长应该系统规划，全程培养，根据给孩子设定的目标，帮他配置教育资源，如果家长找到适合自己孩子的发展道路，这个孩子的发展是比较顺畅的。
