作为一名普通高中的语文教师，我在开学前就早早准备了一本《现代汉语词典》（第6版）。

　　当今我们身处语言文字信息量大、传播形式多样的环境，教师们在上网、读书、与学生的口头交流中，经常会遇见PM2.5、Y染色体等词语，要得到大众认同的解释，就需要查阅最新版的辞书了。

　　《现代汉语词典》是一部语言文字的工具书，是为了满足读者需要而编纂的、将约定俗成的语言文字整理出来、促进汉语规范使用和有效传播的一本辞书。吸收新的西文字母词进入汉语词典，有益于促进汉语与英语的对撞、融合与共存。
