　　今天，成都市教育局正式发布《关于进一步加强和完善中小学校幼儿园家长委员会建设的实施意见》，从新学期开始，成都市中小学校、幼儿园将逐步建立健全“学校、年级、班级”三级家长委员会。

　　根据《意见》，家委会拥有知情权、决策权、评价权、质询权和监督权。家长们可以通过定期听取学校工作报告，了解学校教育教学工作计划、学校资源配置情况、教育督导评估结果等；能参与学校重大事项管理和决策，如审议学校发展规划，就学校年度工作计划、重要管理制度、食堂经费开支等方面的情况提出意见建议；根据相关考评办法，参与教育行政部门或由教育行政部门委托的评价机构对学校、校长和教师进行的考核评价工作。
