　　昨日记者采访了市人大常委会内司委委员吴立民，他认为，校车如果是政府部门奖励给学校的，校车就属于学校的公共资源，使用应该秉持公平的原则。在满足了老师之后还有空余座位，那么每个学生都可以享受这一公共资源，而不是某部分学生才能享受，就算学生的家长是老师或者政府部门工作人员，也不能有所倾斜，否则就是很不公平的做法，如果路线是确定的，那么在路线途经的所有学生都应该有权乘坐这趟校车，如果一次性无法满足所有学生，也可以让学生轮流乘坐校车，因为公共资源是大家都能享受的。在学校就采用这种特权划分，等于从小就给他们灌输特权思想，让他们互相攀比，对孩子的成长是非常不利的。
