本报讯（记者周逸梅）昨天，教育部网站消息，国务院已经通过了《教育督导条例》，该条例将从今年10月1日起施行。教育督导机构可以就督导事项有关问题开展调查，查阅、复制学校财务账目和与督导事项有关的其他文件、资料。

　　根据条例规定，教育督导的内容包含学校实施素质教育的情况、教育教学水平、教育教学管理等教育教学工作情况；校长队伍建设情况，教师资格、职务、聘任等管理制度建设和执行情况，招生、学籍等管理情况和教育质量，学校的安全、卫生制度建设和执行情况等。

According to the regulations,Education supervision content contains the school to implement quality education situation/Education teaching level/Education teaching management education teaching work;The principal construction team,Teachers' qualification/position/Employment management system construction and implementation,Recruit students/Student status management situation and the education quality,The safety of the school/Health system construction and implementation, etc.

　　教育督导机构实施教育督导，可以行使下列职权：查阅、复制财务账目和与督导事项有关的其他文件、资料；要求被督导单位就督导事项有关问题作出说明；就督导事项有关问题开展调查；向有关人民政府或者主管部门提出对被督导单位或者其相关负责人给予奖惩的建议。
