韩潋 Korea Lian　　都是真人。所谓的真人图书馆是一个虚拟的概念，它分享一个理念就是“我们每个人的经历本身就是一本书”，通过把不同人生经历的人邀请到一起以一种面对面沟通的形式来完成“图书”的阅读。在活动的执行过程中，我对于“真人图书馆”的发展有了更加深入的思考，对于真人图书馆来说，它最好的载体是大学校园里面的图书馆，它本身是对于真人图书馆模式的一种创新。同时在目前的中国“真人图书馆”仍然是一个尚待普及的概念。因为大学里面的年轻人是最容易接受这样的新生事物，同时通过参与他人人生经验的分享，对于人生经验还不够丰富的大学生来说，是很大的帮助。同时，真人图书馆本身也是对于传统图书馆模式的一种创新。

韩潋 Korea Lian　　“真人图书馆”的概念最先源于丹麦，大四的时候我曾经自主创业，开过一家售卖文艺类书籍的独立书店。大学毕业以后我回到了成都，在一家创意产业园的里面做策划的工作。在南京开书店的时候我就萌生了做“真人图书馆”的想法，后来我把这个想法带回了成都，于今年3月开始在成都成功的举办了3次真人图书馆的活动。

韩潋： Korea Lian:　　南师大是我的母校，南京是让我孕育这样一个想法的地方，所以我很想把这个“真人图书馆”种子计划的第一站放在南师大。在我上大一的时候，在学校的图书馆里面待了一年，几乎每天都等到敬文图书馆响起《回家》的萨克斯的时候才背起书包回宿舍。大二的时候，我有幸通过学校的交流计划去了香港，大三的时候我开始自主创业。一直以来，我都在不停的探索和尝试，好让自己有限的青春能够更有意义。而且一直以来我都相信我们年轻的这一代人应该是最具有创造力的，我们可以用自己的行动去推动社会的创新和发展。去证明实践理想是可能的。今年是母校120周年的大庆，作为一个才毕业的校友，我想这是我献给母校生日最好的礼物。

张建平： Wang zy:　　被发起者感动了。今年4月底，南京师范大学文学院2011届毕业生韩潋给南京师范大学宋永忠校长写了一封信，希望在南京师范大学校庆110周年之际，和母校合作开办一场“真人图书馆”活动。在得知他的想法和创意后，宋永忠校长很快将信转给了我。在与韩潋初次见面谈话后，我被这个有想法、有理想的年轻人感动了。一个女生，毕业后辞掉在家乡的工作，只为实现心中的质朴理想，毫无报酬、甚至还要倒贴钱地去做这样一件事，我们当然要给予她所有尽可能的帮助。

　　同时，图书馆承担着文化传播与社会教育职能，是开展全民阅读的必然平台和便利场所，举办真人图书馆，对传统图书馆模式创新，通过“面对面”沟通和交流来完成对图书的阅读，更加直接地体验“书籍”的情感和经验，更深刻地体会到“书籍”所包含的深刻内涵。为此，南师大图书馆成为了本次活动的主办方，与韩潋共同策划活动方案，提供活动经费支持，设计了“真人图书馆@南师大”的活动标识，还专门制作了活动网站。

　　虽然韩潋的“真人图书馆”下一站将开到无锡的江南大学，但是“真人图书馆”活动已在南师大洒下了种子，今后南师大图书馆将不定期举办。我们希望通过这个活动在这个越来越近也越来越远的社会里，搭建这样一个传播经验、分享人生的非虚拟交流平台，让传统阅读中无法体会和理解作者的环节，更加真实，更能产生共鸣，更能产生直观的概念。
