　　作为一个小学老师，我希望我的每一个学生真正的在我教他的这段，与我生动的互动的生命历程中，拿我当一个超市、当一个资源，你就从我这里得到你可以得到的，你想得到的，以至于你终生需要我的帮助，都是OK的。这就是一个老师特别普通的愿望。但是这个愿望，我相信只要是平常事、平常人、平常心去百分之百的做他所积累的，一定是这个生命中最饱满的。这是今天我特别希望用我自己的故事和过来人为家长们讲的。我们都是第一次当家长，您的孩子也可能是这一生第一次做您的儿女，这个缘分要非常的珍惜，每一个家长都一定要用心的做孩子的分母，做孩子这个超市，做孩子成长的资源。再懂得他，就让他用红红的爱来充满自己的世界。我相信他可能在学习的过程中，填补的就是他饥渴的人生。

　　第二，我相信教育其实是给孩子存一个良好习惯的本。从记事本、点线面，我们班有很多小规矩、中规矩、大规矩。我们在小学的时候把他生动，很多概念去给孩子讲。比如说我们跟同桌讲、互助讲、公益讲。当是想让孩子养成公益奉献的习惯、乐于助人的习惯。这都是给孩子一个本。好孩子是什么？妈妈宝贝，那是用力写。小学要存够本，中学要积累，将来的人生是用力写的。说到了年龄大了，这个小孩不再用力气的时候，本存够的时候，他一定会尽力。现在还不行，要改好习惯，这个小孩就连本都没有。你下辈子再存吧。我给我们班的家长们讲课的时候，用了五个成语，比如说三心二意，它的反义词一心一意。有条不紊，它的反义词虎头蛇尾。当一个小孩能够一心一意，专注、有趣、积累、有恒、科学的时候，这个孩子的成长就一定是有希望的。我在给我们班家长做家长会的时候，我给我们家长有八个字的激励，第一个是科学，第二个是有序，第三个是积累，第四个是永恒。这个科学所有的概念在于我一个小学老师而言，我都不希望他是一个概念，因为颗粒太大了，一定要化作像记事本这样一个小小的关怀，把所有的科学的理念变成生动的、生活的真实。成为孩子就像呼吸一样自然的东西。比如说我们班布置教室，我第一件事，就是我的毕业生给我现在的学生拿来15盆绿色的花，因为我的教室是永远有绿叶的，孩子进来第一眼是绿色的。他就开启了我们班公益篇，哪怕一张擦手纸我都告诉他。你来到这个集体，是要和集体的同伴一起做一个有价值，价值就是你无法替代的好处。我们年纪的孩子我要给他讲这个。当他真正的有了这个东西以后，我们教育的第二步就是大量的书。我们班随手可以看到书。我们班上课之前没有听讲我是不批评的，我是反问我，你讲课没有吸引到他，为什么？
