  2009年9月1日,河南省首批特岗教师登上讲台,我是其中的一员。记得第一节课,与学生之间的交流互动非常愉快,他们对外面的世界充满好奇,我也非常渴望了解他们的家乡和成长的故事。

  虽然我与很多师范毕业生一样,都有过教育实习的经历,但这并不代表我们工作经验丰富。因此,在第一节课以后,我能够很强烈的感受到一句我们常说的话,这就是“万事开头难”。

  没有现成的经验,要多方面学习,自主摸索,从书本里学,向老教师请教,更要向学生们学习,对于刚刚开始教学的青年教师来说,这个过程是漫长的,也是辛苦的。

  特岗工作的第一年对于我来说是最为艰辛的一年。从大学毕业生到教师,教育教学工作从陌生开始启程,一切都在失望与希望、坚持与放弃的交错中向前发展。从另一方面来说,这个过程或许就是成长和成熟必须要经历的吧,所以也是一种幸福。

Especially the first year for me is the most difficult one year.From the university graduates to teachers,Education teaching work from a strange journey,Everything in disappointment and hope/Adhere to and give up the staggered forward development.On the other hand,This process is probably grow and mature have to experience it,So is also a kind of happiness.

  随着教学工作的全面展开,我逐渐发现了自己的问题,就是整体知识还不够系统,对考点和重点的把握还不精准,心里着急,容易马虎,也有点急功近利,讲解上也缺乏经验和耐心,由此也出现过不少失误与错误。

  但还好,在学生们的理解和支持下,我们共同加油,相互探讨,再加上老教师的耐心指导,我的成长和进步还是蛮快的,尤其是第二年,我倍加努力,甚至与学生们一起挑灯夜战。

  年终考核时,不仅超额完成教学任务,被学校评为“优秀教师”,还在2011年洛阳市举办的首届特岗教师优质课大赛(中学组)上荣获专业组一等奖的好成绩,这进一步增强了我在教学上继续向前努力的信心!

  为了解当地的中小学教育教学情况、学生的家庭成长环境以及家长对待当今教育和对其子女接受教育的态度,我于2011年暑假,在几位学生的协助下进行了为期10天的乡镇大走访,收获很多。

  让我印象尤其深刻的是德亭乡的杨村教学点:大山深处,常年失修的教室,一位小学女教师,20几个孩子,4个年级,从前在电视上见到的画面让我第一次在现实中遇见了。

  我还了解到,村子里的适龄学生,有不少选择放弃上高中,奔上打工之路。除此之外,我为英语课程薄弱或者没有开设过英语课的学校带去了英语课。而在走访一些乡镇中学时,收获感动之余,也有部分同仁对教育的现状与发展表示忧虑,甚至“鼓励”我转行。

  这一切让我觉得,如果说国家教育改革需要一段很长的路要走,那么农村教育的发展之路不仅更漫长而且更曲折,真的是“路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索”。

All these let me think,If the national education reform need a long, long way to go,So the rural education development road and not only more long more twists and turns,Really is"Way streched endless ahead,I'll search with my will unbending".

  在工作的第三年里,我就开始有意识地结合新课标,在课堂教育教学中不断进行着方法上的调整,也就是进行着有别于当前传统教学模式的探索。

  但在实践中我却感到这种改变并不像我计划和设想得那样容易,比如说,以新课标倡导下的优质课为向导,结合丰富趣味的多媒体进行教学,组织小组讨论。可这种授课方法只适用于基础程度好、自学素质高的学生,对于大部分学生来讲,他们还是更习惯于传统教学中的“填鸭式”学习方法。

  当然,青年老师的成长离不开良好的教学环境,尤其是正确的领导和科学的管理,多鼓励少批评,多指导少指责,维护公平竞争,适当增加奖优比例会让大家干得更有劲!只有这样才能有利于教师的身心健康并促进青年教师的发展,从而推动学校教育的进步与发展。

  我希望学校能够给老师们,特别是青年教师们提供一个促进其不断向前发展,向上提升的平台,如给老师们提供更宽松的创新和实践机会,加强师资培训等。

  当了3年的特岗教师后,我有个想法,是不是可以尝试建立特岗小学和特岗中学?给农村教育带去完全的新鲜血液,给特岗教师提供更广阔的施展空间,自主领导,自主管理,自主发展,让特岗教育成为城乡教育的桥梁,成为新课标在农村地区的教育风向标和绿色沃土,带动农村教育更好更快发展。
