少年军校来了“小袋鼠” 中国城市孩子在退化--亲民维稳网络舆情监测室

  今年暑期,几家单位联合创办了山东某少年军校。我作为少年军校的顾问,参加了学员的培训与军事课教学工作。我是1989年开始从事少年军校工作的,后来离开了少年军校。今年重操旧业,原以为是轻车熟路,可是没想到现在的孩子与10年以前的孩子已大不一样,他们在某些方面呈现出令人吃惊的“退化”,以至于有些军事课目无法按计划教学。

  少年军校的军事课目有很大一部分是为了提高孩子们“自理、自护”的能力,让他们掌握一些基本的生存本领而设置的。如在生疏的地方辨别方向、利用地图找到目的地等。这些课程在十年前是最能引起小学员们兴趣的。当时,五六年级的孩子经过两节课的训练,就可以使用指北针或者利用地图在野外行进并准确地到达指定地点。可是现在,同样的教学内容,五六年级的孩子却听不懂了。原来,他们大多还没有建立起正确的方位意识。上课的时候,教官告诉孩子们,我们面对的方向是东。然后问:我们的右边是什么方向?五十多个十一二岁的孩子面面相觑,不知如何回答。而这个问题在十年前,孩子们会异口同声地告诉你。

  是不是现在的孩子都是这样呢?在第二期学员培训期间,我们有意识地进行一项试验:如果孩子不问,教官和老师就不主动告诉他们这是什么地方。结果是这样的:培训进行到第五天,也就是到了我们不得不告诉他们地点的那一天,总共214名学员,打听过少年军校校址的只有6人,知道少年军校在济南西郊的只有2人,知道少年军校距离城区有多远的为零。这些从生下来就一直牵在大人手里的孩子,就像藏在育儿袋里的小袋鼠,来到什么地方那是妈妈的事。这项测验结束以后,教官发给每个孩子一份地图,告诉了他们少年军校在地图上的位置,然后让他们选择一下从济南到少年军校的路线。这个在10年前是孩子们抢着回答的问题,却让今天的孩子犯难了他们不知道该怎么选择路线,也不会用“先到达某点,然后经过某点……到达目的地”这样的语言来表述。课后,有个孩子告诉我,这是他有生以来,第一次自己去想应该走哪条路。
