       麦可思日前发布的《大学毕业生从教分析》调查显示，2011届师范类本科毕业生半年后仅42%从事教师职业。

　　“专业工作不符合自己的职业期待”这种情形的出现有多方面原因。分析认为，首先可能是教师岗位在中小城市、区县较多。调查显示，从事教师职业的师范生中近六成(58%)人在地级城市及以下工作。其次，从薪资来看，教师行业待遇并不理想。研究显示，从事教师职业的2011届师范毕业生半年后月收入为2617元，略低于从事非教师职业的2734元。对师范类毕业生的跟踪调查研究发现，2008届从事教师职业的师范生三年后月收入为3453元，与全国本科毕业生三年后平均薪资(5066元)相比，低了近1/3。而“专业岗位招聘少”也有多方面原因。一方面，大城市提供的教师岗位数量有限，供不应求；另一方面，越来越多的非师范类毕业生同师范类毕业生抢饭碗。
