广州计划5年培养360名优秀校长 每年培养72人--亲民维稳网络舆情监测室

南方日报讯 (记者/毕嘉琪 通讯员/戴秀文)昨日,广州市政府在市府礼堂举行“广州市卓越中小学校长培养工程”启动仪式,广州市长陈建华出席会议并发表讲话。据悉,该工程首期先从小学校长开始培养。从明年开始,该项目每年培养规模为2个班,每班36人,此后每年培养规模为72人,计划5年培养360名优秀校长。

据了解,本次“卓越中小学校长培养工程”培养的对象是被列为校长后备干部的中青年副校长,并设定了学历、年龄、职称等限制,其中,高学历和年轻者优先。首批培养共有61人申报,通过无主持面试,对参加面试人员的仪态与表达能力、思维深刻性与严谨度、应变能力、领导能力等多方面的素质进行考察,最终确定了36名正式人选。

该工程将通过理论培训,实践考察与挂职锻炼三个阶段,对学员们开展系统培养。理论培训方面,将委托北京师范大学、华东师范大学等国内一流的师范院校实施。值得关注的是,在为期两年的挂职锻炼中,表现优秀、条件成熟的学员,可及时提拔使用;对不能胜任校长工作的,及时终止挂职锻炼。在挂职锻炼期内,还将由相关高等学校对学员负责跟踪培养。
