生锈的校门，简陋的教师，以及坑洼不平、面积很小、几乎不能称之为操场的活动场地，这是位于北京市昌平区定福黄庄的燕京小天鹅公益学校，是一所面向外来务工人员子女的公益学校。

　　2012年6月23日，智康1对1的几名教师第一次走进燕京小天鹅公益学校，与这里的老师进行了初步交流后，通过心理互动游戏，与孩子们进行了近距离的接触。这一次的走访让几位老师感触颇深。与大部分同类学校一样，燕京学校的孩子们多为附近外来务工人员的子女，很多家庭较为贫困，甚至有的家里有几个孩子。学校硬件设施简陋，教师平均收入较低，而老师们工作量却都很大，即便这样，很多老师仍默默的坚守岗位，终日不辞辛劳。

　　带着对燕京老师们的敬仰以及对孩子们的惦念，教师节第二天，智康1对1教师一行8人，再度走进燕京小天鹅公益学校。走进大门，智康的老师们就被门口处的黑板吸引住眼球，上面写着"教师节快乐"，旁边是很多孩子用涂鸦和稚嫩的笔迹表达的对老师的祝福。

　　3个月后，我再次来到这里，门口是孩子们种的向日葵，长得齐人高了。看到我们，很多学生都会问候老师好。为了让毕业的孩子有书读，燕京小学新开了初一，校舍是用塑胶盖起来的，虽然已是秋天了，但走进去，依然闷热无比，讲台上电扇起不了什么作用，可这里的孩子们好像若无其事，在课堂上嘹亮的抢答声，一浪盖过一浪。或许他们觉得能坐在教室里，已是很幸福的事情了，因为身边还有很多伙伴辍学了。隔壁一间小屋，没有电风扇，像是走进了蒸笼一般，一位老师在批改作业，我走进去半天，她才察觉到。据了解，她带了5个班，几乎每天都有8个小时的课，她说教师节那天放了半天假，是最好的节日礼物，因为这里的老师最缺乏的是休息。我们希望能给他们带来帮助，我们也从这收获很多，我从孩子的身上体会到了乐观、感恩的品质，我从老师身理解了责任、无私的内涵。

　　2012年暑期，智康1对1响应学而思教育的号召，派出了教师代表参与了"第一课堂"西部支教活动，做为志愿者前往贵州、西藏、青海等地的偏远乡村进行支教。习惯城市生活的老师们回京后分享了他们的支教历程和感受："除了对偏远地区学校的教育资源匮乏与落后有了深刻的感触之外，志愿者们对于在贫困学校的教师们也都有了一致的感受，服务于一所条件艰苦、待遇较低的学校并能够长期坚持下去是一件特别难得和值得尊敬的事。"这让智康的许多老师在感动之余也激发了他们想要参与支教活动的热情，通过纯粹的教育行为、较为先进的教育理念及教学方法帮助更多贫困学校，为梦想插上最初的翅膀。但是因为工作和距离的原因，不是每位老师都能够前往到偏远山区参与支教活动，但是我们了解到在城市的周围，也存在教育资源相对落后的群体，即外来务工子弟学校。于是，有了这一次燕京之行。这不是一次性的活动，也不是教育帮扶的终点，而是智康1对1面向城市务工子弟学校进行公益帮扶的起点。
