新华网北京10月17日电（记者 吴晶）2012年10月1日，新中国第一部专门的教育督导法规《教育督导条例》正式实施。10月11日，新中国最高规格的教育督导机构国务院教育督导委员会成立，首批聘任171位国家督学。这是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010－2020年）》颁布后，教育改革与发展历程中的又一里程碑。
