　　近日，郑州市教育局、市政府纠风办、市监察局等7个部门联合下发的《2012年全市治理教育乱收费规范教育收费工作实施意见》提出，3年内取消公办普通高中招收择校生。

　　郑州市规定，从2012年秋季学期开始，各学校招收择校生的比例，最高不得超过本校当年招收高中学生计划数(不包括择校生数)的20%。择校费标准按照市物价局、教育局的文件要求执行。各县(市、区)要加大投入，采取有力措施，制定时间表、路线图，在3年内取消公办普通高中招收择校生。严禁在择校生之外以借读生、自费生等名义招收高收费学生。

　　针对取消公办普通高中择校生的规定，记者电话采访了部分高中校长和学生家长。多数高中校长表示，取消择校生减轻了他们的压力，学生凭成绩入学，就不会再有让人头痛的条子生、关系生，有利于招生环境的改善和教育的公平。不少家长也表示，择校生的取消使孩子们都站在同一起跑线，是教育公平、公正的表现，有利于良好社会风气的形成。而一些有权势和经济条件好的家长则担心，择校生的取消堵住了孩子上好高中的“最后一条路”。
