本报讯（记者蔡文清）记者从中国科协获悉，中文版《联合国教科文组织科学报告2010》于近日发布，报告称，在人力资本趋势方面，中国不久将成为研究人员数量最多的国家。 联合国教科文组织的这份报告指出，过去10年中，中国的研究与发展支出增加了六倍，科学论文的出版量增加了一倍，中国培养的科学与工程专业博士毕业生多于美国以外的任何一个国家，此外由于印度和韩国经济实力的增强，亚洲正迅速成为推动科学与工程研究进步的一股重大力量。与此同时，受全球经济衰退的影响，欧盟、日本和美国的前进脚步正日益放缓。
