当下,80后、90后逐渐成为职场主力,他们的价值取向和处世态度也呈现出新的特点。近日,中国青年报社会调查中心通过民意中国网和中国雅虎,对4155人进行的调查显示,青年职场观呈现新特点,51.5%的人认为理想职位不在高低,能找到合适的用武之地最重要,46.9%的人认为升职会加大工作压力,平衡工作和生活是人们的正常需求。受访者中,90后占13.2%,80后占52.2%,70后占22.8%。
