据《成都商报》报道 今年暑期，青年女教师李某参加四川南充主城区教师公开招录考试。“我以总成绩第三名入围体检，在指定的初检、复检医院均查出‘梅毒血清试验阳性’；我自己先后找了三家三甲医院检查，结果证明我从未感染梅毒。”李某说，因查出“梅毒”拒录她，她不服。为此，李某将复检医院告上法庭，索赔10.05万元，并要求被告公开赔礼道歉。
