京部分幼儿园教师非本地户籍 成幼教建设瓶颈--亲稳网络舆情监测室

目前,北京还存在较多的外地户籍幼儿园教师,在一些边远山区幼儿园,外地户籍教师甚至占一半以上,部分民办幼儿园仅有10%的教师是本市户籍。户籍已成为教师队伍建设的瓶颈之一。这是记者从近日由北京市社会科学院发布的《北京法治发展报告(2011)》(以下简称报告)中获悉的。

报告指出,由于培养学前教育师资的高等学校数量少,且多是高职层次,造成高质量的学前教育师资来源紧缺,师资补充存在一定困难。据统计,三年后北京市常住人口3岁至6岁儿童将达54万人,如果全部接受学前教育,按照每班配备2位专任教师计算,共计需要3.6万名专职教师,而目前只有2.14万人,缺口1.46万人。目前北京市每年毕业幼儿教师约900人,在短期内无法解决师资短缺问题。
