　　当日下午两点半，1号选手雍文錇老师的登台拉开了整个演讲比赛的帷幕，他在演讲中谈到自己对党员教师发挥先锋模范作用的认识，号召党员教师理应重品行、做表率。5号选手翟延延老师的演讲，语言真挚流畅、肢体语言准确到位，凭借扎实的演讲功底，超强的感染力，博得了现场人员的阵阵掌声。6号选手胡燕老师的演讲也给大家留下了深刻的印象，他从身边的小事出发，用简单质朴的语言和激情四射的状态描述了改革开放以来人们生活的变化、诠释了自己对教育工作的认识，表明了要用自己的实际行动迎接十八大召开的决心，充分展示了学大教育教师的风采。2号、3号、4号和7号选手也结合“喜迎十八大”的主题，谈到对党的认识，并联系各自的工作岗位，提出作为一名党员，要甘于在平凡的岗位上无私奉献，追求先进。
