　　近日，金溪县留守儿童学校通过大江网《民声热线》发帖向《党报帮你办》栏目反映，该校在创办时聘请了当地3名公办学校的优秀老师执教，后因当地教育部门明文禁止公办学校老师到民办学校兼职上课，致使这3名老师不得不放弃该校的兼职教学工作。该校是一所新创办的民办学校，由于请不到老师执教，无法吸引学生入学，目前没法开班，只能从事一些学生托管工作。该校负责人请求当地政府按《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》及江西省政府出台的有关支持社会力量办学规定，给予该校师资扶持。
