　　“义务教育阶段体育教师缺编30多万。”上周六，在清华大学[微博][微博]马约翰体育教育思想和学校体育工作研讨会上，教育部体育卫生与艺术司司长王登峰说出了这样一个数字。

　　有专业人士表示，过去我国体育教师教育观念落后，教学方法单一，培养的教师整齐划一。近年来随着体育教育改革，对体育教师素质提出了更高更新的要求，一节成功的体育课，其技术含量完全不亚于“语数外”。即使是体育院校师范类专业毕业的学生，知识面、实践能力也有限，进校后还需要进行再培训，更何况是那些彻头彻尾的门外汉。体育教师专业化，要求体育教师既要掌握扎实的体育学科专业知识，又要通晓教育科学专业知识，了解教育规律，掌握教学技能，同时还必须掌握现代信息技术手段辅助教学。如果不具备这些素质，体育课程的改革与发展将难以进行。”
