　　据了解，“第十四期全国女市长研究班”由中国市长协会女市长分会、上海交通大学联合举办，海外教育学院承办。来自14个省的21位女市长参加了12月5日至9日的学习及活动。本期研究班的主题是《女性领导力的提升》。研究班围绕新时代背景下女市长如何提升其执政能力和领导力，精心设置了专题讲座、情景模拟、参访考察、分组讨论等多样的教学模式，聘请上海和全国相关领域的知名专家授课。
