　　备受关注的异地高考方案今天正式公布。方案规定，进城务工人员随迁子女可在我省报名参加高考，不受户籍限制，与我省考生享受同等录取政策。具体条件是，进城务工人员在我省有合法职业、合法稳定住所(含租赁)并参加社会保险3年以上，其随迁子女在我省普通高中阶段有完整学习经历。该方案2013年1月1日起实施。
