　　12月24日，教育部公布《义务教育学校校长专业标准(试行)》征求意见稿(以下简称《标准》)，在全国范围内公开征求意见，截止时间为2013年1月11日。《标准》明确要完善义务教育学校校长选拔任用制，推行校长职级制。如今山东只有潍坊市试行了校长职级制改革，即校长不再有行政级别，工资按职级发。记者从济南市教育局了解到，目前济南尚未推行此政策。
