山东省政府法制办25日发布的《山东省道路交通安全责任制规定》解读中，强调了对有关车辆安装行驶记录仪的要求。车辆所属单位对本单位的公路营运载客汽车、旅游客车、危险物品运输车、校车应当安装具有卫星定位功能的行驶记录仪，并保持正常运行；未按照规定安装行驶记录仪或者行驶记录仪不能正常运行的，处200元罚款。
