晨报讯（记者 何欣）有机化学专业硕士毕业的刘某因在家实验制造毒品，被诉至法院。近日，北京市昌平区人民法院以制造毒品罪判处刘某有期徒刑一年三个月，罚金人民币2000元并没收了其作案工具。
