启德国际教育研究院前天在沪发布了《2013年中国学生留学意向调查报告》。调查显示，七成多学生成为留学的主导，美国依然是中国学生最热门的留学目的地。该报告对北京、广州、上海等18个城市的2.5万多名大中学生和家长做了问卷调查。
