　　根据市人社局统一部署，北京市中小学教师职称制度改革率先在西城区、朝阳区和通州区试点，共涉及35149名中小学教师。此次改革打破了实施20多年的中小学职称评价体系，原中学教师职务系列与小学教师职务系列统一并入新设置的中小学教师职称(职务)系列。同时，将中学和小学教师职称等级最高均设置到正高级。
