中新网1月14日电据日本《中文导报》报道，在日华人研修医生吕富永因长期加班、工作劳累而导致死亡，日前，青森县弘前劳动基准监督署认定吕富永为过劳死。这是日本首例外国人研修医生被认定为过劳死的案件。
