　　“为班级获得荣誉可加1-2分，在社区做志愿者可加2分，迟到扣1分、旷课扣2分，考试成绩不计分……”班主任聂勉介绍，该班《班级公约》是依据《中学生行为准则》和学校的行为规范制定，所有条款都与学习成绩无关；同时形成量化管理，对每一项违反规定或为班级争得荣誉的行为，相应给予减分或加分，最终量化的分数与排座位联系起来，分数越低选择范围越小。也就是说，每个月（或者每两个月）分数最高的学生，可以第一个挑选座位，以此类推。
