　　本报讯（记者 苏金柱）北京高校青年教师住房困难有望再次得到缓解。北京市委常委、秘书长、教育工委书记赵凤桐在1月17日举行的2013年寒假北京高校领导干部会议暨北京高校党建工作会议上发表讲话，北京市将采取将青年教师住房问题纳入北京市住房保障体系等多种方式，努力缓解这一问题。

　　随着高校教师队伍规模的不断扩大，教师年龄结构的变化，解决教师住房困难，特别是青年教师住房困难的问题日益突出。

　　针对这种情况，近年来北京市采取了一些措施，如通过划拨土地等方式支持北大、清华等高校在学校周边集资建房；协调对接通州区“大方居”限价商品房等。但仍面临着很多难题，无法满足教师的需求。主要是：现行的保障性住房政策准入条件较严，大部分教师无法纳入。同时，保障性住房以租为主、对户型面积有严格的限制，与高校青年教师、特别是引进人才的期望差距较大。而高校通过市场机制建设教师住房，面临着巨大的筹资压力，难以操作。

　　赵凤桐说，将青年教师住房问题纳入北京市住房保障体系。组织符合条件的青年教师申请公租房或申购、团购两限房、经济适用房；组织地理位置相对较近的保障房源对接高校需求，由高校整体购买或租赁公租房用于解决教师周转用房；支持高校利用自有土地建设公租房。
