　　近日，江干区法院少年法庭上就玩了这么一个游戏，参加者是一群“90后”，身上的囚衣和脚下的脚镣显得特别扎眼。他们就是曾经因争风吃醋引发聚众斗殴受审的8名“90后”（其中6人是在校生，本报1月16日A8版详细报道）。

　　张颉让8名被告逐一回忆上周二开庭时感触最深的人、场景、表情、语言或动作，因在聚众斗殴中被砍断肋骨而取保候审的缪某这样说。

　　恳谈会后，8名被告被转至法院一号大法庭公开宣判，均获得从轻发落。纠集双方斗殴的两名领头者阿坚和阿斌，各被判处有期徒刑3年、缓刑4年，其余6人也被判处有期徒刑2年半至3年（并处缓刑）。
