　　面试事件发生后，小谢一方认为面试室空高仅2.4米，六扇窗户均紧闭，逼仄的空间加剧了紧张的面试氛围，加上地板滑才一头摔倒，摔倒受伤后工作人员未及时安排就医，直到伤后三个多小时才被送医，导致其伤情恶化。因协商赔偿未能达成一致，小谢将该保险公司告进法庭。法院审理后认为，公共场所的管理人或者群众性活动的组织者，未尽到安全保障义务，造成他人损害的，应当承担侵权责任，应试人员小谢在面试过程中晕倒，但面试方没有尽到合理限度内的救助义务，因此，应承担一定责任，根据过错程度应承担20%的责任，遂判决向受伤大学生赔偿3300元。
