清华大学保送生暨自主招生冬令营上海地区招生上周末在华东师大二附中悄悄开营，比往年提早了近一两个月。来自清华大学各院系的近20位面试官每三人一组组成“面试团”，对参营学生进行面试考核，近百位沪上高中生通过角逐将获得保送或高考加分等“优惠入场券”。

　　清华大学上海招生组组长薛平教授说，面试官会和学生根据个人情况展开有针对性的对话，话题宽泛让学生有话可说是出题的一个原则，从中可以考察学生的价值观。“不过，由于针对保送生和自主招生学生的考核体系不一样，面试过程中考查的侧重点也会有所不同，比如，保送生已经拥有教育部认定的保送资格，因此，面试官的面试内容会更侧重于某个学科知识，而自主招生的面试内容则会更宽泛些。”
