　　1月26日上午，人民大会堂内举办了一场特殊的周年庆典，北京精诚教育集团在庆典上发布“社会责任宣言”，倡导诚信办学。此举在民办教育遭遇诚信危机的今天具有特别意义，表达了精诚教育对于社会责任的担当与关注。
