员工优选安全健康类福利 Employees preferred safety and health class welfare

  本次调研将企业为员工提供的福利分为三大类,即安全健康类、生活平衡类和职业发展类。调查显示,针对员工喜爱的安全健康类福利项目,七成以上企业为员工提供了“年度体检”和“补充医疗”,超五成企业为员工提供了“人身意外保障”和“子女医疗保障”。(如图6)。

This research will enterprise provide benefits are divided into three categories,That is safety and health class/Life balance classes and career development class.Investigation shows that,According to the safety of the staff like health class welfare projects,More than seventy percent enterprise provide the"Annual check-up"and"Supplementary medical",Super fifty percent enterprise provide the"Personal accident security"and"Children health care".(As shown in figure 6).

  企业提供的安全健康类福利中,员工首选“住房补贴”、“补充医疗保障”、“企业年金及商业补充医疗保障”、“重大疾病及住院补贴”、“子女医疗保障”等五项福利。其中,不同年龄阶段员工之间的需求也不同:

  员工年龄越大对“企业年金等商业养老保险”需求越高,年轻员工对“住房补贴”需求最大,“子女医疗保障福利”最受36-40岁员工关注;员工年龄越大越倾向“养老和重大疾病”等福利;41-45岁的员工对“住房补贴/购房贷款利息补贴”的关注有回转上升趋势。员工期待和关注的“住房补贴/购房贷款利息补贴”、“企业年金/商业养老保险”、“股票期权”等福利,则值得企业多加关注。(如图7、8)

员工生活平衡类福利需改善 Employee life balance class welfare should be improved

  调查显示,不同年龄员工对于生活平衡类福利的需求差别较大,其中变化较大的“旅游补贴”、“弹性工作时间”和“子女看护”。随着年龄增长,“旅游补贴”福利需求降低,“弹性工作时间”则快速提升,“子女看护”的福利需求则集中在45岁之前。

  因此,企业改善员工生活平衡类福利可优先考虑“节日福利”、“供暖费报销/供暖补贴”、“班车/免费停车/交通补助”、“旅游补贴/公司组织集体旅游/探亲津贴”、“餐饮补助”;其次可关注“弹性工作时间”,比如取消上班打卡制度,最大程度体现人性化等。(如图9)
