FESCO发布2012年员工福利需求状况调研报告--亲民维稳网络舆情监测室

  员工福利作为薪酬体系的重要补充,在吸引、保留和激励员工方面发挥着重要作用。高薪,只是短期内人力资源市场供求关系的体现;福利,则反映了组织对员工的长期承诺,因而对激励员工更为有效。如何有针对性的提供员工满意的福利内容、获得更好的激励效果,倍受企业关注。

  近日,北京外企人力资源服务有限公司(FESCO)发布2012年度员工福利调研报告,结果充分反映出外资企业在员工福利方面的基本状况及发展趋势,弹性福利作为一种新的福利管理方式,正在受到越来越多企业和员工关注。

 企业提供比例最高的10项员工福利 Enterprise to provide the highest proportion of the ten staff welfare

  本次调查显示,目前企业为员工提供的福利中,排名前10位的福利分别为:“年度体检”、“补充医疗保险”、“人身意外保障”、“健身和电影票等健康娱乐福利”、“子女医疗保障”、“内外部培训”、“节日福利(节假日、生日、生育等重大事件庆祝类的福利)”、“供暖费报销/供暖补贴”、“餐饮补助”和“重大疾病医疗保障/大病救助金/住院补贴”。(如图1.1和1.2,企业提供的所有福利比例排名)

 超1/5的企业已开始增加员工福利 Over 1/5 of the enterprise has started to increase employee benefits

  调查显示,企业为员工提供福利的情况正在改善,为了更好的吸引和保留人才,更多企业考虑加大员工福利投入,21%的企业已开始增加福利(如图3、4)。

  与2010年相比,很多福利有所变化,其中,“内外部培训”变化最为突出,已从第11位跃升至第7位,显示出企业对与员工职业发展的关注明显提高;“健身娱乐类福利”企业提供比例从9%增至57.7%,有超过5倍的增幅,一方面因为80、90后员工比例不断上升并对此项福利较为关注,另一方面企业提供成本相对较低、易于实现也是影响因素。(如图5)
