中新网2月8日电台湾“中央研究院”昨天指出，台湾法规对外籍人士的退休规范过于僵化、居留限制过严，充斥着“不欢迎”的意味，已造成对外延揽人才的困境。“中研院”建议尽快修法解套，包括放宽移民限制等，吸引外籍人才留在台湾。
