过去的一年，北京市教育改革有哪些亮点和突破，在接下来的一年又将有哪些工作？日前，北京市教委副主任罗洁对这些问题一一做出了解答。

　　罗洁：如今的教育改革已经进入深水区，在过去的一年，北京市教育主要突破了“三个难点”：会同有关部门出台幼儿园收费政策、制定北京市随迁子女升学考试方案、完成高考加分政策调整工作并制定《2012年北京市军人子女教育优待实施细则》。我们认真落实中央要求，经过科学论证、系统设计，保证了这些牵涉面广、舆论关注高、社会争议多、改革难度大的政策平稳出台。
