刘温泉（正保远程教育集团副总裁）： Liu's hot springs(Are keeping distance education group vice President):可以用两个词来说说我的感受。第一个是细分。第二个是开放。怎么来理解这两个关键词呢？细分就是现在的教育行业，不管是网络教育还是线下教育。我们在每一个细分领域里面也涌现了越来越多的优秀企业。每一个企业都在更加关注的、专注他自己所做的那个细分行业。这样可以让我们整个教育的行业做的更加精致、更加专业。说到开放，在过去的2012年我们会发现。在我们国内的各种企业领域，特别是在教育行业里面有一个开放的概念被引入了。这种引入就带来一个非常好的概念。就是所有人都可以成为老师。所有人也都可以成为学生。集全社会的资源把我们教育的内容奉献给全社会的人们。在过去的2012年里，我认为两点比较突出。

刘温泉（正保远程教育集团副总裁）： Liu's hot springs(Are keeping distance education group vice President):如果我个人来说，我认为中国未来的教育有几个方面是我所期待的。第一，公平。我们希望在一线城市，或者是在相对发达地区的优秀的教学资源，可以让我们相对落后一些地区的孩子们能够享受得到。这里面当然需要通过一系列复杂的技术、或者复杂的操作、机制去完成。所以我的第一个期待是公平。

　　第二个是公正。什么叫公正？就是希望不要出现受教育者和教育机构因为不对称关系带来的不公平的现象出现。比如说我们能够看到现在社会上有很多天价的培训班、辅导班、课余班。这些是非常不公平的，这种受教者的家长，他又无法抵制和拒绝，他也没有办法。所以，能不能让我们的孩子们能够公正的得到教育，这也很关键。另外一点，我个人建议公开，我们所有的资源都可以放在那儿，大家自由来选择。特别是很多同等类型的资源，以一个很开放的方式放在那儿。让我们的家长们、让受教育的人员能够更好的选择，最后真正得到一个自己的资源。
