“高等教育急功近利的浮躁风气已经出现。”全国人大代表、南京大学校长陈骏表示，要想克服这一问题，必须建立健全科学的大学评价体系，评价眼光要高远。

　　“当前，亟须回归大学之道、坚守大学之本、重塑大学之魂。”陈骏说，回归大学之道，就是要坚持按教育规律办教育，按大学规律办大学；坚持大学之本，就是要在教学、科研、社会服务等现代大学多重功能的复杂矛盾中，牢牢把握住教书育人这一核心；重塑大学之魂，就是要坚守大学精神，面对各种利益诱惑，老师应静下心来教书，潜下心来育人，弘扬崇尚科学、追求真理的思想观念。
