光明日报北京2月21日电(记者邓晖)教育部日前发出关于做好2013年春季学期开学工作的通知，要求各地各校把做好开学工作作为当前重要任务，确保教职员工及时到岗，教材及时到位，学校教育、生活设施运行良好，学生按时返校。通知同时将厉行勤俭节约、创建节约型校园作为春季学期工作重点，要求广大教师以身作则、为人师表，教育引导学生从小形成勤俭节约的好习惯，并将就此组织专项督查。
