记者手记：随着和跨考教育三个咨询师、学生等不同群体的接触，发现导致教育考研培训行业的乱象因素之一，是学生的非理性与对前途及现状的迷茫与未知给了考研机构可乘之机。而本身作为弱势群体的大学生，在信息不对称、权利意识淡薄、社会知识的欠缺情况下，机构服务意识欠缺、责任意识淡薄、职业素养不高、虚假宣传等诟病早已见怪不怪了，这也就为“为什么受伤的总是消费者”找到了最核心的答案。
