职业教育教师数量不足,专业结构也与时代发展不匹配；民办特殊教育学校基础设施薄弱,教师人才缺乏……针对这些教育“短板”,广西壮族自治区政协委员们建议,高职高专和独立学院,应该在充实教师数量、丰富专业结构、提高专业水平上下功夫,民办特殊教育亟待政策扶持。
