4月23日，恰逢世界读书日，中文在线旗下"书香中国"公共阅读服务平台的首个社区平台—— "书香民安"（http://sxma.chineseall.cn）正式上线。该平台由北京市东城区北新桥街道民安社区与中文在线合作共建，为民安社区内的3600户居民提供免费电子书阅读服务，满足近万名社区读者的数字阅读需求。民安社区党委书记吴治民、副书记孔庆玲、副主任李丽丽，办事处社区办主任李红燕，中文在线教育公司总经理王邦江以及社区居民代表一百余人出席了"书香民安"图书平台启动仪式。
