本报讯（记者 温如军）记者上午从国家发展改革委获悉，国家发改委、财政部近日发出《关于降低证券、期货市场监管费收费标准等问题的通知》（下称“通知”），大幅降低证券、期货市场监管费收费标准，降幅高达50%。

　　通知规定，股票市场证券交易监管费由按年交易额的0.04‰收取，降为按年交易额的0.02‰收取，对证券投资基金和债券免收此费用；对各期货交易所收取的期货市场监管费由按年交易额的0.002‰收取，降为按年交易额的0.001‰收取。
