  小微企业金融服务是我国金融体系的薄弱环节。支持一批专注于服务小微、服务三农、特色鲜明、差异化发展的优秀城市商业银行(以下简称“城商行”)、农村商业银行(以下简称“农商行”)上市发展,是提高我国金融体系小微企业服务能力的现实途径,也有利于促进A股上市银行的多样化,为希望把握银行业发展趋势的投资者提供更多的选择。
