　　资本市场是以诚信立足的市场，近年来在持续大力推进诚信建设实践的基础上，我国资本市场迎来了首部专门的诚信监管规章。证监会昨日发布《证券期货市场诚信监督管理暂行办法》，并将自9月起正式实施。
